At GottaQ BBQ we use Wood, Fire, Time, and Quality Ingredients to create our Authentic Traditional American BBQ. Our flavors draw on influences from all across this great country. We aim to serve you, and also give back to the community that we live in, especially feeding those that are hungry. We try to support local businesses, and encourage our valued customers to do the same.
We smoke our meats fresh every day on pure hickory, low and slow for hours and hours. Our BBQ meats and sides are all prepared in our Cumberland commisary. We don't use food service prepared sides, we fresh cut our own fries, and our awarding winning wings go through a three day prep process before they hit your plate. We are also proud to say the GottaQ does not own a microwave.
Our team of Award Winning Pitmasters and Chefs endeavor to put out the highest quality southern style ‘Q’ directly from our smokers to your plate, using traditional techniques while also taking inspiration from the competition BBQ circuit.
